一個属於您和家人的馬來西亞第二家園計劃
這項計劃是馬來西亞政府提供給外國人在馬來西亞長期居住、投資、渡假、退休的一個優惠計劃。成功的申請者將獲得長達10年，可以更新的長期居留簽證。這項計劃更可供申請者攜帶配偶和孩子來馬來西亞生活。
馬來西亞第二家園的好處：
．無職業類別限制、無年齡限制、無語言能力限制。
．無限制在馬來西亞話費。不需履行創業、聘顧、投資的條件限制!
．無需放棄您在原居國內經營的生意或職位。
．定期存款的年利息利率和馬來西亞公民一樣。
．優質的居住環境。外國人可以在馬來西亞購買多間的房產，MM2H申請者可向銀行申請房屋貸款。
．可免購物稅購從原居國進口一部汽車，或在馬來西亞購買一部本地裝配的汽車。
．可攜帶一位家庭女傭帶入馬來西亞。
．從外國匯入馬來西亞的錢是免本地稅的。
．著名的私立學校、國際學校、學院和大專院校。
申請人基本條件
*年齡50歲以上
定期存款RM150,000馬幣十五萬（一年之後可以取出RM50,000馬幣五萬買房子或支付醫療費用或孩子的教育費）。
*年齡50歲以下
定期存款RM300,000馬幣三十萬（一年之後可以取出RM150,000馬幣十五萬買房產或支付醫療費用或孩子的教育費）。
